Auto EASY Mode Guide - PropOS Challenge Workstation MT5

Step-by-Step Setup

Auto EASY is the simplest mode. Zero configuration. Attach PropOS to a Gold chart and it trades automatically with optimized defaults. No parameters to adjust, no strategy knowledge needed.

Auto EASY ▷ Setup

Open your MT5 terminal

Log in to your prop firm account (or any account you want to trade on).
Make sure AutoTrading is enabled (green play button in the toolbar).

Open a Gold chart

Open XAUUSD (Gold) on M15 timeframe.
Auto EASY only trades Gold ▷ this is by design for maximum optimization.

Make sure the chart is M15. Other timeframes will not work correctly with the built-in strategy.

Attach PropOS to the chart

Drag PropOS_Challenge_Workstation.ex5 onto the Gold M15 chart.
The settings window will appear.

Configure the basics

In the PropOS settings window, set these parameters:

Click OK.

That's it. There are NO strategy parameters to configure in Auto EASY. All strategy settings (bias sensitivity, S/R precision, breakout detection, trailing stops) are hardcoded with optimized defaults. You cannot change them and you don't need to.

Verify it's running

PropOS panels should appear on the chart.
Header shows your prop firm name + "Auto EASY".
The strategy is now active ▷ it will analyze price action and trade automatically.

The strategy uses pure price action (no indicators). It detects trend bias, support/resistance zones, and enters on breakouts or pullbacks. Trades are managed automatically with trailing stops.

What to expect

PropOS will wait for high-quality setups ▷ it may not trade immediately.
It only takes BUY signals (buy-only mode).
Max 1 trade at a time by default.
Compliance is automatic: drawdown limits, daily loss, news blocking (if your firm requires it) are all enforced.

Don't panic if it doesn't trade for hours. The strategy is selective by design. Quality over quantity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Auto EASY on other symbols besides Gold?

No. Auto EASY is optimized exclusively for XAUUSD. The hardcoded parameters are tuned for gold's volatility and behavior. For other symbols, use Auto PRO or Console mode.

Can I change the risk per trade?

Yes. Risk Per Trade % is always configurable regardless of mode. Only strategy parameters (bias, S/R, breakout settings) are locked in EASY mode.

What timeframe should I use?

M15. The strategy is designed for M15 charts. Using other timeframes will produce incorrect signals.

Does Auto EASY work on funded accounts too?

Yes. Enable "Account Already Funded" in the settings. This disables challenge-specific rules (profit targets, minimum days) but keeps drawdown protection active.
